Shipping, Returns & Promotions

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from the Prince Resorts Hawaii Online Store, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date. All sales and discounts on merchandise are final. All returns for the online store must be made via mail; no returns will be accepted at any hotel location venues.

Price Differences
Prices may differ between our online store and physical locations. We're unable to match online prices in-store or store prices online. Additionally, we do not offer price adjustments for promotional or markdown items.

EXCHANGES
To request an exchange within 30 days for unused, unwashed items in new condition:

  • Email webstore@princehawaii.com with your name, order number, and exchange details.
  • Once confirmed, return the item to the address below.
  • Include a copy of your Invoice Slip or a note with:
    • Your Name
    • Order Number
    • “Exchange” or “Return”

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return and re-shipping costs.  Your exchange will be shipped once the original item is received.

REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you receive, return the item with a copy of the attached invoice and we will refund the original purchase price, excluding shipping costs.  Unused, unwashed items in new condition must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be in the original condition with original packaging. If your purchase included a free or promotional item, it must also be returned. If not, its value will be deducted from your refund.

  • Ship the item with the Invoice Slip or a note including:
    • Your Name
    • Order Number
    • “Exchange” or “Return”

Refunds: Credit will be issued to the original payment method within 1-2 billing cycles.

PROMOTIONS

  • Online promotions are valid online only unless otherwise stated.
  • Only one promotional code may be applied per order. Promotional codes cannot be combined and must be used at the time of checkout.
  • Promotional codes or offers are valid only for specified dates and cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases, including Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotions.
  • If returning an item that came with a promotional product (e.g., a free hat), the promotional item must also be returned, or its value will be deducted from your refund.
